Juggling

How many people here juggle? I don't mean, CAN juggle, but sit and freestyle juggle sometimes, like doing patterns and such like mills mess, burkes barrage etc....I was debating putting a forum in the just chillin section up for it. I just need more people to talk jugglin with

i can keep the bags going for a while. and thats it. i think jugglings cool, but im not good enough to appreciate watching juggling vids for minutes on end (i skip the juggling on allans videos after the first watch-through)....

I can go with 3 for ever but can't do Any tricks whatsoever!

I was wondering why the 2 always seem to go together! On alot of web sites that have footbag, theres Juggling links or products, Even on the world footbag association site theres juggling links and products!

They seem to be totally different yet they always get put together!

Do you mean like foot juggling? Cuz I can do three in my hands, but I suck with my feet. I think the most I can get is like 6 contacts doing two on one foot

Like the others, I can handle 3 balls pretty well, but can't really do anything beyond that. On a sidenote Rob, what kind of balls would you recommend? The ones I'm currently using are pretty big, and hard -- would 3 revolutions (mr. sandbag) be ideal perhaps?

i love to juggle. i had a decent club at my school, but it went down the crapper once a bunch of punk kids started showing up. but ya, i wanted to go to a juggling tourny here in Austin but i decided not to. right now i'm skoolin chops with clubs. i keep bashin my eyes with the butt of the clubs

I juggle kinda frequently. I am starting to get pretty good at it, I can juggle shred now and it feels sick.

I mean.. it's no footbag but it's another slick skill to have up the sleeve.

I think I'm something between "occasional" and "hardcore" juggler. I can do some three-ball stuff but I can't come up with any cool moves (I guess there are thousands of juggling websites but I haven't just checked them out).
I can also do some 4-ball juggling.

At the moment I use sandbags for juggling but a 5-ball set is on my Christmas wish list.

I juggle. Usually I take a pause at a footbag session and juggle for about 15-30 minutes.
I can do all the basic tricks like mill's mesh, shower, burke's barrage and some other cool tricks that I kinda invented myself, but then saw a clip where someone else does that same trick...
I can also do four balls for a while. No tricks...

Yeah I'm a pretty "hardcore" juggler I suppose. I was working on 6 balls over this past summer and I think the most catches I got was like 50, but it was sort of fluky I'd say.

I don't really know all that many tricks with 3 balls though, at least not compared to some footage I've seen of others. I'd like to learn more 3-ball stuff but I'm not really sure where to begin with that...

Any thoughts?

Eastern Illinois Univ. used to have a uni-cycle club, that sometimes did events with the Footbag club.

I tried riding a cycle AND juggling 3 balls at the same time. If you can do both separately, you can probably do them at the same time...given enough space to ride in a straight line.

Try it, it's probably worth a few laughs, wear a clown costume and post a vid.
