Midi recording

To all the electronic musicians in the group...

I'm looking for software to record midi piano music from an old korg keyboard/synth with midi outs. I have a midisport uno usb midi cable, so that's the physical connection I'm working with.

I really just want simple stuff. Record, play, self critique, delete, repeat. I'm not looking to do any mixing or recording for 'release' purposes.

Any suggestions?

I think Cakewalk Pro Audio is one of the best for Midi composition.
