Can you blame a slightly higher illiteracy rate in Japan? I mean, look at all the stuff you have to learn to communicate!C-Fan wrote:The United Nations does a yearly ranking of `best countries to live in,` which is based on things like health care, literacy rate, life expectancy, and a bunch of other factors, including treatment of women. Canada and Norway usually top the list, followed by a bunch of Scandinavian countries, and the United States usually comes in 7th or 8th. Japan usually comes in right after the US.
Just playing, but I would like to live in Japan, despite rediculous prices. There is a lot of culture there, they aren't aggressive with a military, have some bright people there, and have some of the best cars in the world, despite the fact it's difficult to get one and park it and such. Also, the cost of living is rather high there if I'm correct. But people are generally nicer, and there is a lot of intresting things there...
