I updated the members section on oopsfreestyle.com a little. I think I'll get out of this web design slump and start updating the site more. Any suggestions?

two words ... more videos. More of sam being scared of bees, breaking stuff, crazy ducking; more of your crazy symposium stuff (want to see bill & ted dammit), more trials stuff; and any footage of chad, bryan and anyone else is always welcomed greatly ...

Ok, I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for, be it design or content critique, but I'm going for design. Before I start, I did web design for a few years and am currenting a graphics artist for console games. Understand that what I say is quick look over and I judge base on visual appeal. I believe: the more attractive a web site is, the more frequently users will return. Anyway, to the fun:
The color scheme is 'ok', blue on blue doesn't contrast and makes the graphics harder to read/understand. The side menu seems big compared to the buttons in it. Personally, I dont like the use of bevel on the fonts, at least this style of bevel. It's not a color change, it's the same blue from white/black like a gradient, loss of saturation as opposed to a constant saturation. Also, when you overlay the menu text, the yellow drop shadow blurs the words making them more difficult to read, to fix this, just put a black border around the text before adding the yellow glow. In the main content window, the blue gradient makes the black text near the edge tough to read, either remove the gradient or change it to something of the same brightness all the way through, or possible change out the black lettering for a brighter color. The white text used for hyperlinks is very visible and stands out beautifully. I like the clean layout, loads very quick. however : MORE VIDEOS! I get more of a kick out of your videos than anything else, the editting and music is just sweet.
