I dont think your options are right. Sunil should be in there for sure, along with almost anyone who can do phasing, furious, terraging, diatomic, downtime barfly/paradon swirl.

No matter who hits it, i think the first 5 dex will be phasing flurricane. There's some video online where vasek has it on his foot, and it just seems like a trick that would make sence to be hit soon. I dont think nemisis swirl will be hit soon, becuase even vasek hits nemisis with just a little bit of time left to spare. Jordens surfing stepping is probably a good shot at 5 dexes, but who knows how high he can get it, how often he can get it off, and if he can barfly or something after it.

As for other people, and what they would hit, perhaps if people tried to hit stuff out of double atomic or terraging, you could see a 5 dex off those sets. If sunil dialed terraging, i wouldnt think terraging paradon swirl would be THAT impossible. Who knows, Adrian Dick can paradon swirl, maybe he can terrage in front of it.

Just some ideas. Good topic btw.

I think Vasek could/would/will hit archnemesis swirl before he hits nemesis swirl.

I think the first five dex my not be from a set that people are talking about, there are several triple dexing threads out there now.

how about pixie fusion swirl?
shooting star swirl
shooting barfly swirl

for some people shooting is pretty easy two dex set.

terraging set is pretty difficult to get high enough to hit for example paradon swirl.

then there is sets like Vasek's frontside symp. furying.. and blurriest set by somebody, maybe Dave Holton?

then if somebody learns downtime flurry very well.. well pixie tapping flurry shouldn't be too hard..

I think those are probably the easiest to hit. I don't know what the fixation with the crazy 5 dexes is. I think only Vasek is close to most of them. Jorden Moir doesn't look like he has enough control and height with sidewinding and surfing stepping yet to hit a double down out of it.

I think Lynton and Adrian are competitors, too, if one hasn't already been hit. Vasek could obviously hit one if he wanted and Sunil probably already has. :)

Yeh id agree with Chan, chances are a 5 dex has already been hit, most likely by Sunil some months ago... my guess would be Nemesis swirl
The person most likely to hit one that we will hear about would be Vasek, maybe Archnemesis swirl or Phasing flurricane... other potential move is Furious Flurry
I havent seen a close Phasing flurricane attempt on video yet, however. Jorden is a very real possibility with the sets he is cranking out, but some more spit n polish would be necessary

Pixie Fusion Swirl sounds pretty doable for someone with a bomb Sailing set. I doubt that Lynton is a contender these days, he doesnt play all that regularly i dont think and he has only hit one or two 4 dex moves

i think sunil would probobly hit it, i heard that he doesnt tell anyone that hits something untill he hits it at a competition or a huge crowd of people, but since vasek can hit nemises, its a neck and neck race.

the best spelling mistake ever is on the poll: Vasek Clouda

he will hit the first 5dex. Surfing Flurricane or Nemesis Swirl

Felix could also hit Surfing Flurricane or Surfing Gyro Janiwalker. I've seen him trying them a couple of times as a half-joke and he was not very far.

I once got all the dexes for sailing same mofly - although I don't know how clean it was. That's definitly a hittable move - although I hate moflys so I'll probably never hit it. Someone who enjoys hitting big moves should have a go at it.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if sunil has already hit a five dex and is keeping it under wraps. Jorden will probably hit one soon too.

It's amazing that we've gone from "Will a five dex ever be hit" to "Who will hit it" and soon it will be "who can hit two linked together"

My question will be how long will the length of time be between the first five dex and the first six dex trick?

not to be pessimistic(sp) but a 6 dex is extremely extreeeeeemely how should i put it.....out of reach?the leg speed, perfect timing, perfect skill etc involved would take literally years of training.vasek woudl probably have to TRAIN to hit a 6 dex for over a year i'd say to get his leg speed up...i dunno, maybe though

Richie was talking about some 6 dex 10 add move he was thinking of. Hopefully he will reply with the full details.

Should probably wait until we're sure a 5 dex has been hit before we even consider that. Considering how much harder it is between each dex you add to a move that's kind of crazy to say that. Each dex you add changes the difficulty of the move exponentially.
