Costochondritis!

It's an inflamation of the tissue between the sternum (breastbone) and the ribs. And guess what! I've got it. :P

Got some durggz for it today. Apparently it's quite a common cause of chest pain in kids and young adults.

Basically, it hurts when I breathe in deeply sometimes, but more often when I put a load on my right arm, or when I cough or sneeze (super painful). I knew it wasn't my ticker because it's on my right-hand side, just under my collarbone.

I don't actually think it's directly related to footbag, but that may have been aggrevating it somewhat. Hopefully, I can still do some light shredding without killing myself. :P

I've got a month of durggz to sort it out, but hopefully it'll be better before then. :P
