I ate a bunch of chicken wings and got farty and bloated and just sat uncomfortably watching Jared shred.

Derrick and I shredded outside today!!

First outdoor session of the year!!

WWOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

It was plus 3 celcius so it was totally comfortable for shredding in a t-shirt and short-shorts.

I felt totally ON! It was great getting to play out in the sunshine!

At some point Derrick and I played a game of FOOTBAG where you have two tries to up your longest string record (from that round of play) or you get a letter. I was really happy to be getting semi-consistently around 15. I felt really in control of my shuffle today and all the components I have been working on recently (ducking, diving, fairy etc) were working for me.

I hit matador on the side I hadn't hit yet and then kept going and hit it BSOS! woo hoo! Nukes felt easy today.

OOH! I tried some surging after losing my mind watching Ricky Moran huck them out in RCS.mpg. His gyro blur DESTROYS me every time I see it!!

My first attempt at surging of the day it went up to my face!! I can't wait to hit some tricks out of that set. Sadly I totally have an akward feeling surge, I will have to work that out.

I ended the session by hitting symp whirl>ripwalk bsos on my first ever attempt at stepping out of symp whirl. I like ending on a high note.

The first outdoor session of the year kicked ass!

Dammit, it's too bad no other KFMers could make it out. I tried messaging Jared at the start of our sesh but I guess the words didn't make it to him in time.

Spring is soon!!!!

Derrick, Jared and I played yesterday evening.

Here are my highlights:
- beta smudge bs!
- downtime symp whirls bs
-... dammit.. I thought I did more than that.

oh well.

So we filmed a little and Jared had the greatest idea.
We are BOTH going to edit a movie using the footage and then post them both as a battle!!

So expect 2 new KFM videos real soon like.

Jack and I just had a session on Queen's campus.

We also just ordered him a pair of Lavers!

Jack hit some same side mirages both sides and he cleaned a few illusions bs and he made lots of progress in general.

I hit ducking clipper x 15, new PB.

I footed vortex, so close.

Well, this will be my first post ever for modified, and I guess I'll introduce myself. My name is Jack Wei, I go to school at KCVI...some crappy high school in Kingston. I've been hacky sacking (footbag now) for over a year but never really learned any tricks beyond the toe, inside and outside stalls. I saw Tom Mosher playing one day and was stoked at how good he was, and decided to join his footbag club (Go KFM

). <---approx. 3 weeks ago, and so far I pretty much blow ass.

Progress: BSOS Mirage, BSOS Symposium Mirage (Bad Shinsplints now), BSOS Same Side Mirage, BSOS Paradox Mirage, BSOS Butterfly, Infinity (still needs tons of work on that one), Legover, Pickup, Far Legover/pickup (needs work), ATW, Pixie (really crappy), Illusion (so far "the" for left foot and nothing for the right), Eclipse, Flapper, Smear (right foot...only occasional cause of the Pixie)

Fun KFM meeting tonight!

Me, Jack, Ben, Peng and Chris played together and had a blast!

Both me and Jack hit reverse hopover for our first time.. geez, i wonder how long it will be before he skools me like derrick does sometimes.

Me, Ben and Jack got a full hack of jesters!

I am so hapy to have fun people to play with.

One day soon I will manage to get all of the club members out at once for funnage, I bet we'd look like quite a big group!

Oh! we also got a full hack with a water bottle!

Jack and Ben are progressing so well! I am really happy with them and how hard they've been working. They both have really good attitudes and we all laugh and have fun at every meeting.

Good times in Kingston.
