Ankle Sprains?

From what I've read and found, a minor ankle turn or sprain can greatly increase the chances of a more serious sprain. I had 2 or 3 light tweaks on my right ankle in the month or so preceding my full-fledged sprain. I'm not trying to scare you-- but be careful and, as others said, DON'T push yourself if you know you're tired or doing poorly.

I have been playing footbag for about half a month less than a year. I dont think a day has gone by that I have not played footbag. Just yesterday all of the thingas i have been working on were finally coming together. I even hit some nuclear tricks. I was amazed by my improvements but i pushed too hard. I was playing off of some stairs (Thanks for the idea Allan!) when i decided to do a toe whirl down the bottom stair. I did the whirl right into a hole that i didnt even realize was there. It looked extremely unnatural and it made a loud pop. I would guess it is a second degree sprain but im not positive. The doctor gave me cruches and an air cast. I look at this injury as a chance to let all of the other players catch up a little bit (luis monhollon). This is the day after the injury and i feel like playing footbag so bad i cant even stand it. Talk about footbag fever!
