Situation : The flight I was going to get sold out. Now it would be $400 dollars for me to get good times. Don't really know what I'm going to do.

The .org listing is up. It's kind of a rough draft right now, but most of the basic shit is there. I'll update ASAP when I hear back from the hotel

Tom: 109.

Kamil: Like 20 miles. There are a lot of shuttles constantly going back and forth. I'll try and find that info too.

Saweet! I talked to the lady from the suites today, and she said she would check with her sales manager about something, and call me right back, and she never did. I'll give her a buzz tomorrow.

Just arrive Friday afternoon-ish; there will be plenty of other people. Get some other peoples' phone numbers, just incase, so if you find yourself alone you can meet up with some other people in town.

I don't think anyone is doing airport runs this year. I would, except for being 15 and stuff. There are dozens of shuttles/buses you can take downtown from the aiport, though.

I think you should really give more info on those buses and shuttles, becuase if like 90% of peple are flying to this thing everyone will need one. It would be better for everyone to organize their arrivals so people can bus together so no one gets lost in a city they've never been to.

Stephen Barnes wrote:By the way, I wanted your guys' input, as far as the hotel situation goes.

With the Executive Tower being closed, I called pretty much every other hotel downtown, and the cheapest rate I've gotten so far is $109/night at the Embassy Suites hotel. Would people be willing to pay this? Keep in mind these are suites, so they'll have a pullout couch and either two double beds or one king size bed--they can fit a lot of people. Plus, it's a pretty fancy place--I'm willing to bet they'v got a jacuzzi and whatnot--I can call about that. It's got a free complete breakfast buffet every morning, and free cocktail reception (fancy liquors and stuff) every night.

What do you think?
I really liked the jacuzzi in previous years. You should try your hardest to get a hotel with a jacuzzi in it or there'll be a riot (even if it is just me rioting ;))

I'm getting pumped, you'll all trip about this new move I've been working on:
The Butterfly
Oh ya, no one's got me on that move!!!

Sorry, bro, but no, I'll not be in Colorado this year. Brad Kaplan's Roth IRA scheme has left me no money to spare for travel at this time. It has been TOO LONG since I've seen ya, though. Shit.

I might be able to do some shuttling this year, but I won't know until about two weeks before the event because of my new position at my job. I'll let everyone know with enough notice to plan.

RTD, which is the local Bussing system does rides to downtown for $8 one way or $14 roundtrip if you by both tickets at once. They are going to be the cheapest way.
