pellet for sure - you have to be a little more accurate but you don't need to kick it so hard as you would need to kick a sand bag.

you dont need to scream man!! ehehe...

i think pellets go higher when you just kick and sand needs more force to get the same hight... but i'd go with a GOOOD pellet 32 to kick and to freestyle... it's what i use now. :)

Also, the pellets spread out when you kick, so that the bag is more stabile. Sand tends to clump together, and the bag will get a lot more spin.

hahah yeah chill out.

both are good for kicking, but sand tends to leak more. Also beads can be harder to kick, so I think they are better for learning control at first. Sand tends to half stall while you are kicking it.

mitko: hehe yeah sand is weird

Pellet bags are good for consecutives, they are easier to control just a straight up and down kick on.

I alctually like shitty dollar store crotched bags, when they're worked in, for consecutives.

Pallets for sure...

If you only want to do consecutives you could go for a bag with more that 32 panels (even more than 60 panels)...like this one :

Because this one doesn't really break in it's definitely a very good bag for consecutives...

I find those ones are terrible for consecutives...for me anyway. The more panels a bag has, the harder it is to play with - consecutives or freestyle. Grab a shitty crotched bag and break it in, it'll be your consecutive friend for life!
