Josh's First Video

Post by JoshMan01 »

This is the first footbag video of me. In it I appear a lot more onesided than I really am and I realize I have stuff to work on. Oh well, try to enjoy it. :)

Please give me tips and comments. No one around here knows enough to tell me if I'm screwing something up.

Whoa! You are awesome! And you've never played with any other freestylers?!

the Faction here will undoubtedly put an end to that soon.

That was a siiickkkkkk video... your crank is insane, and you have some of the most solid osii i've seen. Really really good move selection too, and every concept looked dialed. I can't think of anything to give you tips on... it's amazing you have such good technique with such a high level of ability, being as isolated as you are.

NIN is awesome too.

that video gave me goosebumps, you have great style! my friend tells me you've never played with anyone else before, is that true? you have a lot of talent. How long have you played footbag?

you have got to make it out to some east coast events this summer...

ps: as tips go, some of your whirls didn't seem to go over / around the bag, same with your illusions. work on doing those dexes with the middle of your calf. I look forward to playing with you in real life... once again, awesome style.
BRICK!

Wow, thanks for all the comments and tips.

As far as playing with people, there are a lot of circle kickers here. Not any freestylers. I've been trying to change that by teaching some people. No has really picked up on it though. There is one kid I taught who can get like 5 tiltless contacts but up until now he really hasn't gotten into it. He didn't even play all summer.

It has been 2 years since my first kick, then sometime in between now and then I got into freestyle(maybe a year and a half ago). I would love to go to an event and see someone shred in person.
