I went to my 6 week check up today, and the midwife said I am allowed to do my regular exercises. Yippie! Footbag here I come!

...when I actually find the time and get brave enough to play in the cold.

For those of you who didn't know: I haven't been playing since practically May due to pregnancy.

I wonder how much skill I've lost...
