Well, after attempting to shred for a yibbit over a month, I noticed that I am now able to hit tricks...Simple stuff, but still gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.
My current shoes, I've found to be nice. For kicking that is. Nice and heavy and that that extra momentum to kicks. However, for stalls and tricks, they are impossible.
Therefore, I am going to get myself proper shoes, since these aren't helping me progress at all.
I've already been told that Lavers are the way to go...yet, while randomly looking and reading, they aren't all the same. Specifically the colors.
Are all of the lavers the same or are red lavers somewhat different from green or others? Something makes me doubt that this is a fashion thing which is why people choose red over any other color and why they are rare.
Next query. I have been looking at various places. Zappos. Ebay. Amazon. Paragon in NYC at Union Square...Largeish lavers are pretty hard to find, no?
Not only that, but I'm confused as to what my size would be. I strongly believe that in European, it is 43 or 43.5...but I've noticed that US sizes are strange. Current shoes are 11.5 US, while when I go skating...either inline or ice, I wear 10.5 with ease and still room to move around in. How do I figure out my size with this damned American 'standard'?

I do believe size 43 in european is..9 men and 10.5 women in US sizes, im pretty sure.. If you want to make sure to get the right size then you should measure your feet. I used this site to measure my feet and see what my size is:

Your love for the shoe is great, but its good to have an open mind and let other people experiment for themselves y'know. Don't discriminate.
Of course, I vouch for Goonits as well, but show some integrity and hold your comments in.
