New golden child....
I got one of my friends to play footbag today and i let him use my extra pair of lavers. on his first day he learned
ATW
Clipper
leg over
illusion
osis
butterfly
and all both sides! I hope he keeps up at this pace, he'll be better than me in no time.
By the way hes only 14, so starting at a good age!

But the short-term isn't what's important-- it's if he stays/is motivated and keeps at it.

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

that's insane!!
My friend started playing in the summer (pretty early summer too) and he can sometimes hit an ATW, and every now and then he'll hit a leg-over. I don't think he's motiviated enough... he's FINALLY ordering lavers now, wich is great.
I definately support him, he's a great guy and that'd be sick if he really got into footbag, but he seems to be stuggling alot... hopefully lavers will bump up his game even more then they did for the rest of us.
Keep it real

I think ankle crank definitely has an effect on how fast you can learn clipper moves. Since he has a great crank, he will naturally be able to learn clipper, osis, and butterfly quickly, just as Vasek did.
