I don't think I can make myself watch this... it'll just make me constantly paranoid about it. I don't want to jinx the sofar untouched life of my ankles... they're invincibile!

Well, in the videos the ankle is broken by sliding to a stop really quickly and the leg is broken by kicking it extremely hard against another leg. Unless you guys are doing those, you shouldn't be in much trouble.
