I'm talking about the thing next to the URL in the browser and also next to the link name on firefox link toolbar.

Can we have one? Just a simple one of a footbag or sumthin. I was just looking at my link toolbar and it has the generic icon next to it.

Can a forum do that? I know that personal websites can, but do forums have that option? I mean, wouldn't it be up to modevia?

Yup. You just have to replace the current favicon on the server with a new one. The 32 emoticon should be fine and easy. Just convert to the .gif file to .ico

I just looked up and realized every tab I have open in this window now has a favicon....

Gmail, modified, LiveJournal, Regnyouth Archives, YouSendIt, World Press Photos (http://urlsnip.com/235138 - really cool), and Okayplayer....
