Footfighters are quite small, but will become slightly larger with breakin. Small, heavy footbags are the fashion these days, as the sport becomes more and more focused on super-technical play, and you've bought a bag that's used generally by advanced freestylers... is anyone making bags designed for less advanced players? What features would such a bag have?

Probably the best bag for beginners, I think, is the Mr. Sandbag. They will teach you control, and are easy to stall with.

This is saying you all are just talking about bags that would be good for beginners, and not just 32's.

My footfighter was pretty big when I got it. Whatever though, I like it. I like switching bags up a lot. I don't use one in particular...which is prolly why none of my bags are 100% choice yet. But I love my pengbag, which is small and heavy and great for skoolin toe tricks. And I like my big footfighter and sandbag for skoolin clippers.

Yeah my bag seemed real small to me when I got it also.

After playing it, I realized how much better I like it then my old, larger bag..

The smaller heavier bags are a lot easier for freestyle, and the larger lighter bags I found better for just kicking around.

My Maki bag from Peng is super small and a little heavy from the extra filler I put in. It's a bit holey now, so I rarely play with it these days other than schooling clippers (ie. I'm obsessed in taking care of it).

But yeah, Footfighters usually come in a variety of sizes, so it's a bit hard to get a good size. The old footfighter I have is broken in, but it still retains it's original shape pretty well even with a heavier filler I put in.

hehe i just got my footfighter today and was about to post the same exact thing. It's probably juuuuuust about the size of a golfball if not a tiny tiny bit smaller. Considering all i've ever played with are strectched out crocheted bags that eventually grew to the size of a child's palm this will take some getting used to.
