sewing machine

Post by brycimus »

does anyone here use a sewing machine to make any of their bags? i made a couple of 4 panels with a sewing machine and like it a lot better than by hand just because it's way faster and i trust the machine with the tight stitching more. also would it be logical to make a 12 or 14 panel with a machine?

I dont think it would be logical to use a machine for a 12 or 14 because you will most likely want to make a 32 afterward, and you will want practice stitching.

Yeah, even stitching a 12 panel with a sewing machine would be hard/a waste of time. I mean, it's not that many stitches per panel, so it'd prolly be pretty annoying.
