RIT Juggling Convention - Invite to Footbaggers
Hello Everyone.
My name is Dave Chandler and I am a member of the RIT Juggling club. Every year for the past 29 years we host the RIT Juggle-In. Last year there was a large footbag group including some of the best from around the world such as Peter Irish.
We would like to invite any and everyone intersted in attending. The juggle-in will be held at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester NY April 21st - 23rd. For more information, see here http://www.rit.edu/~jugwww/.
Feel free to contact me at [email protected] with any questions about our event. Hope to see you there!

Sorry about that, I'm gathering that you guys have taken your part of the juggle-in and spun it off to a whole new ordeal? That's fantastic! I'm very glad to hear that things went so well.
I'm not trying to horn in on anything here, and am certainly not trying to say that other events aren't happening. Just saying that having you at the Juggle-In last year was great fun and we'd love to see as many of you that would like to come there again. We've already secured raffle prizes from Flying Clipper and hope to get a few others on board.

Thanks a lot for the invite, Dave. You definitely aren't horning in on anything... footbag players are always more than happy to cooperate with bigger events like the Juggle-In. Last year we made a whole weekend out of it and did lots of hanging out together and stuff in addition to the Juggle-In, but GRASS was completely based around your event. So thank you and your juggling club for helping us shape one of the largest footbag events on the continent. The RFA looks forward to doing a lot more with you guys in the future.
Dave, myself and Aric McIntosh, an RIT student, got the ball rolling last year to have footbaggers at the Juggle-In. We had an awesome time at the event, and I'm sure I speak for Aric and myself when I say that we are more than happy to cooperate with you guys on this event. We really appreciate all that your club made available to us last year, and we're looking forward to doing more with it this year. If you have any questions, you can email me at ([email protected]). I have contact info for Peter Irish and any other players you'd be interested in having.
Can't wait to see you this spring! Thanks for extending a word of welcome to our community.

yeah, this particular event is off the hook. i thouroughly enjoyed every bit of it, both juggling and footbag. and the partying wasnt bad either
. One thing I'd make sure of is to go to the public show--last year alot of footbaggers missed it and it was epic. this year they have Jay Gilligan who is amazing. I'll do my best to make it to this one FOR SURE.
