i have a short crappy vid of me trying to hit dragon>pixie>toe stall if anyone is THAT interested...

im not sure what pixie from dragon is called, however for me its easier than straight dragon set. i usually spin out of mine and catch them in osis or something instead of a straight catch>set, its easier on the knees.

@iron cald ben:best would be from behind the shredder!

the last pic posted i sfine, but please keep coming, the one posted before i found too,but isnt the right angle!

maybe...we could make this a thread like "post your shorts" or something, but i realy need a good pic of a drogon stall.

@bluntobj3ct:when i do dragon i usually spin like for a frigidosis and catch it in butterflys then...works best for me!

Take a look at the post by bluntobj3ct above. Dragon is a crossbody outside stall, like an outside stall but in a clipper position.

uhm...do outsides....alot.have you read the help on f.org.there is a good help that i cant recall right now!

but the most important thing is that you bend your support leg as much as possible.and keep the dragon as level with the ground as possible...streching... :( dont know...

I got lucky with the dragon stall today. I was playing around with my friends and I told them about the dragon stall and I tried to give an example of what it looks like and I just dropped it from chest level and i landed it. Too bad I couldn't follow it up with anything else. Only done it a couple of times.

Is that at the end of the move in the pic, Samuel? I position my right leg between my left to where they're perpendicular to each other and then I cushion the bag down.

yeah just practice outside stalls, and i think your knees will be flexible enough to get level. I can only do it on with my right leg though since my left leg is a bit weaker with outside stalls.
