Here is a video showing a good technique for breaking in a footbag with your hands:

PS the technique is very similar to what mirken showed years ago, except he wasn't wearing a snazzy tie like me.

I love the outtakes, I was laughing so hard my dad had to turn the tv up to hear it. I might just watch it again to piss him off.
