How can you tell which side is better? i just got some swatches and cant tell!

okay,

there are 2 sides to facile, and only 1 is good to use on the outside (ofcourse)

there is one side that is shiny, and will rough up noticibly when you rub your finger across the surface... like suede... this is the outside.

the other is duller, and will have little hairs, but will not rough up...

an easy way for me to tell is to tilt the panel towards an open window, and you can easily tell the textures/shinyness(cause the light). the good side looks ruffled, and will shine. that will be the outside.(i have a hard time telling darks sides.)

In good light, when you rub one side-it appears to change from a lighter to darker color or vice versa

That side is the one you want facing the outside once your bag is fully stitched

One side is shaggier than the other.
