Application to learn move names

Post by gatapia »

Hi All,

Bored at work this afternoon so wrote this little program that tests your knowledge of move names (intended to extend your footbag vocabulary).

Its a pretty simple app based on the Move Nick Name List (http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=2871) thread.

that's pretty sweet, some move names are kind of iffy as I've never even heard them before  still cool for sure though

EDIT: I got through 180 questions, my score was 175/180 97% correct. I missed lame ones that I've never heard before. 8)

hmmm maybe you dont have .Net framework. Download the .Net framework from Microsoft and should work fine. Most computers should have this already installed tho (Win XP that is).

I'm not sure, but if Guido is a good programmer, i'm sure he made a random number generator that will just select a question at random to ask, thus making the game indefinate.

If you got the same question three times in a row, it must be a pretty average RAND generator ;).

Yeah goes for ever. Picks a random entry from the Move Nickname List and asks a question about that.

Once you quit it gives you stats.

Flurry is described as:

A) Barraging Legover
B) Barraging Legover

A.

Sorry, the correct answer was B.
