Shipping Help

Hey guys,

I recently bought a pair of red Lavers on ebay, but the guy refuses to send them to Canada. So what I need is someone who:

1) lives in mainland United States.
2) has a paypal account.
3) lives at an address that matches the address on their paypal account.
4) is willing to forward my money to the seller... then receive my lavers and have them shipped to my address here in Canada.

I'd be willing to refund you for shipping costs to send the shoes to Canada. I kinda need to know quickly, this ebay seller is getting quite antsy, and I don't want to lose these (SO rare.)
