uh heres how i learned:
-make sure you skool your inside stalls first, to make sure you have adequate flexibility in your ankles
-balance a weight or a heavy book on your foot while in xbd position, and hold it there as long as you can
-drop it, stall it (while standing, dont jump into it) then bring it back up and catch it, make sure your plant leg is bent a little, and also make sure the stall is more infront of you than to your side
-keep your spine straight as possible, trying not to bend over the stall too much so it hits you in the chest when it comes back up, but your head should be over the footbag a little
-skool same sides
-skool clippering from leg to leg, watch a couple videos (tricks of the trade helps) to get the leg movement
-read this thread http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=12140
thats about it on my part
