Well, you're finishing it now but I listened to it earlier. I'm going to be honest and just say right now that I don't like rap at all really. But, disregarding that fact, and knowing that you did this pretty much by yourself from scratch, I'd have to say: Very well done. Beats were nice and solid, if there weren't vocals, it would make a nice Electronica or Dance track. It must've have taken a lot of time and I must say that you did splendid. You're talented, keep utilizing it.
Ok Guys... This song has gone from a good start to funy to stupid to bad and now its schizophrenic egotistical personality disder of the whole world quantified into small verses for your listening pleasure.
That;s cool. It's mostly cleaning stuff up, adjusting levels, stuff like that. Ohyeah and the ATHLETE now beats down the girl in a drum solo remix.. haha and then shes like GUILTY GUILTY! Hahah check it out, if I have the song mastered in Texas its 50 bucks, if I have it done here in Hollywood it's like 300, but who will do it better? I duno.
Ah, I heard that bit. 8 ) As far as mastering, I know nothing about it but I would think that probably checking out some stuff that both studios have done and comparing would be your best bet. Like I said, you've got talent my friend, keep utilizing it.
Thanks I just re-eq'd the song. Geez what work, and I'm sure it could be better. But, an artist has to draw the line somewhere. Or.. maybe in this case.. a musician.. has to.. write the note? Ok. You can tell I'm braindead. Well... Time to take a break, and the next song I work on will be good old ELECTRO ROCK So... Yup, look forward to that in forever.
Thanks for the compliments Pyroman.
Good motivation. Keep challenging yourself, but also try to avoid discreditting yourself as well. Was this your first big project? If so, be proud of it. I remember when I first started out with chainmaille my first big project turned out to be ass, mainly to me though. And don't forget, you can always go back once you have more experience and make adjustments to it. In fact, about a month ago I just started redoing that first big project of mine. Turning out spectacular so far. Keep it up!
