Been really getting into footbag ever since the NYJ in chicago. - Yesterday I finnaly got motivated to do a shred vid so here it is.

Dude! Great vid. PDX doublecheekover mid run? Sick!

Your bothsideness and run length look really good. One piece of advice would be to get those 1-add bails out of your runs. Otherwise, great stuff, keep it up
