Tom Mosher is the Man.

Post by jay7 »

This probably doesn't deserve a completely new topic, but I am one of the happiest bastards on the planet right now; I don't really care.

First off, before Christmas I looked at that KFM sale Tom and Peng were having, and I said I must have one of those shirts to support them. So, I email my mom in Canada and ask her if she could buy and ship one to Germany. I also expressed my love for Peng and Toms bags, but that was what I thought was just small talk, not requesting one or anything. Either way, Christmas day I was really waiting to open a box and have an awesome shirt, but to my dispair I was without a luscious raglan baseball style shirt.
Trying to be polite, I never really said anything on the phone to her about, "Why didn't I get one?", but she said at the end of one of our conversations that there was a "surprise" coming.

Ok, fine and dandy, what the hell is it..

If any of you didn't catch it, the bag is the German Flags colours. It is also in the plastic bag still because I want it to be new and beautiful forever, however, tonight I'm sure my mind will change. 8O

Everyone buy as much stuff as you can from Tom/Peng. You wont regret it.

You rock Tom! If you don't come to Berlin this year I'm sure to stop by Kingston when I get back.

I'm going to have to agree, Tom and Peng are super generous super cool people.

I'll add my thanks here for them teaching me how to stitch and getting me started with the right materials, thanks.
First think about how to practice or don't bother practicing.

I wanna be just like Tom when I'm older. If I were a girl, I would want to be just like Peng. They are the bestest ever...

Indeed! I bought a Peng Peng bag at the Chicago Jam and it's awesome already. I also had a Mosher bag a while back and it was sooper sikk. They both rock and the KFM site is sweet, and the patches are off the hoock, and the shirts are amazing. Plus Tom's a really fun guy to hang with, IDK about Peng, as I haven't met her yet.

JP (from Quebec) brought a Mosher bag to Australian Nationals earlier this month and pretty much EVERYONE wanted to use it in comp and circles cos it was so good.

I want to tell my first time meeting Tom Mosher story too, since it's kind of awesome.

The first time I met Tom, he pulled up in his car, onto the sidewalk in front of me, and without turning off the car, idling half off of the road, door left wide open, he came jumping out, yelling stuff at me (good stuff!) :D He's certainly got the whole zest for life thing down pat!
