A Call for T-shirt Art

Post by Senor Grommet »

I am looking for someone to produce the artwork for a shirt for a footbag jam I'm hosting. This is what I want:

A person (but you can only see his leg) doing a flying sole push at or above the level of the net, hitting the net footbag right into somebody's face. The person's face should be very close to the sole of the spiker's foot. I would like the image to be big, so I don't want to see any of the background.

The sole push leg can either be facing forward OR it can be turned sideways:

In fact, this bottom picture is almost what I envision my shirt to look like, just a bit more close up, and the player on the left side of the net would be much closer to the net with a great view of the bag hitting him in the face.

Actually, it would be sweet for the players not to be at 3 and 9 o'clock, but rather a pic showing depth, where you are looking right at the spiker's sole and the bag is coming right at you.

Who can do this for me? I will pay 20 dollars to the person whose art I choose. Please PM me or post here if you have any clarification questions.

The point is that it is YOUR picture that goes on the t-shirt that is distributed to players, not that you're making a great deal of money from it. Hell, I could draw it myself if I wanted to, but that would be no fun.

I was hoping to give someone a chance to make a cool piece of art while making some money doing it.

I think artists should keep in mind that this is going to be transfered onto a shirt ... so to keep printing costs down, the amount of colors used should be minimal
