What Footbag?

My friends are beginning to play footbag. I have a peng and a holly bag but they want a good bag thats around 20 dollars. What bag would you recommend they try?

Your friends could have the privilege of being my first costumers. I could post some pics of my latest bags if you're interested. They're 32 panel microsuede, lead shot/cylinders/shredded microsuede filler, any size/weight/colors.

Other than that, you actually have more experience with professional bags than I do, as the only bags I've used for years have been made by me.

Make sure you drill it into your buddies heads to use BOTH SIDES. It'll get to the point where they feel annoyed, and only want to use their strong because they can actually hit stuff with it, but they will thank you later.

I also agree that sandbags are a great, inexpensive alternative for beginners to 32 panel bags. www.freedomfootbags.com!! definitely get a few of those. They're easier to use right from the get-go, and if the player decides not to continue with the sport, they haven't wasted their money on a good 32, and a good 32 is not wasted on them

you might also explain to them that the difference between the price they want to pay, and the accepted amount for most 32s is only about $10, a negligable amount when you take into consideration the amount of pleasure and kicking time you'll get out of a good 32. Tell them to just pony up the extra cash and get the bag they want.

I don't know anyone who doesn't like a clavens bag. Seems like he's the hot new stitcher on the east coast. Mine are okay too. I also like mirken, wasabi, aiden, mosher, and peng. And that's just North American stitchers

there's plenty of sick ones worldwide.

Don't think about the money. it's only a few bucks. just get what you want.

Thanks Matt, I skipped the sandbag when I started, but I might recommend it to them. One reason I wanted them to get 32's is that if they don't like footbag for too long then I could use their 32's. I might even buy a new one too because I've been using mine for a long time (like 7-8 months).

I make 12 panels easy for $20. Sand or shot filler, it's all cool. Further details through pm.

My 32s are $30, but I might raise them up a few bucks more, since I think my stitching has been refined a bit more, and it could cover over well for the shipping. Whatever. They're fly, nonetheless.

Get a techno kicks bag. Mark can make custom orders with size,patterns,colors, and weight. The bags are usually low gather so they dont take weeks of hand massaging and kicking to get them started and for $15, its a steal.
