Brad's blog

Post by Brad_R »

yep, I'm going to start a blog. Just to put down my thoughts and frustrations with the sport of footbag. Right now, I'm not as nearly as good as I would like to be. I can't go guiltless for for than three tricks. Especially if those three tricks all have sets in them. My plan, as was suggested to me by a good footbag friend of mine in my Challenge post, is to try to go tiltless for a while. Hopefully tomorrow, if i feel up to it, I'll be able to go tiltless for twenty tricks. I've already wrote down the combos, not it is just hitting it. I hate being sick. I'll break up my ramblings with heading

Weight loss

i'm 4o to 50 pounds heavier than when I first started kicking. There is one move that I can't hit anymore that I could hit when I was lighter, that bieng tripwalk. So, I've been trying to lose weight. I thought that practicing footbag would naturally just make the weight go away. But it isn't happening. i practiced an hour every day for at least three months and didn't shed a pound. So, I started jogging a while ago, but haven't stuck to it. Which brings up a quesiont, that I should probalby direct to the forum, but, should I jog and practice footbag, or shoud I practice footbag twice a day. I don't know. That's all I feel like writing today. Later to myself.
