I agree with the irrelevance comment -- tons of people have hit it...it will be a long list.

EDIT: I didn't really mean that it's irrelevant, just that it will be really long, and so maybe something like listed beesauce, or all directions, like people mentioned, would make a more interesting list. Oh yeah, Andrew's was in-to-out, though maybe he's done out-to-in also?

I'm pretty sure he does them in-to-out. I don't know if he's done them in the other direction or not, or with the other foot or not, but I think I just read a few days ago that he hit tatw back to back to back in socks, and I've seen him do at least one at a time in shoes. Has he done two in a row in shoes? I can't remember... but I think so.
