No, I don't know how old, but the thing is massive and uses those mini VHS tapes that look like cassette tapes.
I've been told that I need a capture card, but I don't know what to look for or how I would use it.
I would really like to make a Will Digges special, and this would allow me to do so =)

Yeh you need a capture card or TV-In card. They arent really too expensive. Its a chip/card type deal that goes inside your computer and allows you to connect RCA cables to the computer im pretty sure. Then you can play the tape in your camcorder and record it with your computer.
The other way you might be able to do it though, is connect via RCA to a home theatre type DVD recorder. That may allow you to transfer to DVD...
