No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

A bidwar is only going to result in you guys losing money.

Why not just have one of you bid, then all split the cost, and then have a competition to see who deserves it the most? :)

I agree. I'm going to go ahead and buy this, then we can think about a contest later.

so 50 of us are going to try to buy this thing for the common good? the guy selling it is gonna be happy:)

i'm bidding on it on behalf of planetfootbag and will have it sent to someone in the states who will then organize some kind of competition. the winner will get it. our bid is $40. if anyone is desperate to have it for him/herself then that is what you need to outbid.

Someone should make a footbag version of this.

I would much rather win this picture in a contest than a bidwar. That being said, if it does go to a contest winner, it won't be me  .

Don't give up hope, maybe whoever does win it might be generous enough (after holding onto it for a while of course) to host another competition and pass the trophy along :) . Who knows?

my first impression as an antique collector was $135.

I don't have that much money, but that is kinda where I would expect it to sell. The condition is excellent, and it's rare.

never mind, it's 11X16, not 14X19. . .

so um, that makes the revised value worth about $35 . . .
