Become good at observing how you can translate other's motions into your body,

Practise them.

It all starts with a solid foundation.

The most basic thing is all your kicks both sides

all your delays both sides

all your tiltless tricks both sides until they feel really easy to string

move up in adds

key words here are Both Sides
