Just to put this into perspective . . . the guy can lift a FOUR pack of beers, NOT counting the weight of the cans.

He can't quit handle moving the 2L bottle of soda by himself.

He wears cartoon shorts, and calls himself a body builder.

I don't know, but I keep cracking up at this story, it probably is a sign I am evil.

assuming it's submax, he has a relative strength of 0.36 lbs/kg of bw. I have no idea how many reps he is doing though, so we can't tell what % of his max capacity he's lifting.
were he my size he would be lifting 26 pounds, but again at what rep range? it shows him doing a military press, and i use 35's for about 10-12 reps to moderate fatigue. 25's i imagine i would be somewhere in the 15-20 range. Not "body builder" range, but considering the obvious limb length discrepancy, possible hip dysplasia and scoliosis, among i'm sure a number of other orthopaedic problems he has to deal with, i don't think he's doing all that poorly.
as to the cartoon shorts, i imagine he has a rather limited clothing selection, being the height of your average 3 year old.
