The W march

Post by zach4th »

At the risk of sounding like a pot head. I'm just inquiring as to when and if there is going to be a March this year in T.? Last year was a huge turn out. The biggest I have seen.

Of course, eveyone is welcome to come to the March this year. Last year there was a huge turnout of shredders and it was really fun. We must have had about 30 shredders. It was, however, extremely crowded and difficult to find room for multiple circles. I personally came close to kicking at least three hippy children in the face. There was just no room to move.

That's why this year FAT is hoping to keep it small. In return we are going to plan a big Toronto Jam a week or two later! Details to be announced when we have them.

That said, if any out-of-towners really want to go to the March; PM me if you need crash space close by.

I sadly won't be there, but I remember after the crowdedness, the most annoying thing was the heat and lack of water!! I am completely and utterly against buying water, but ended up buying, like, 3 little bottles for, like, $3 each :?

I highly recommend bringing a 4-litre jug (per person)!!!
With all that smoke and dust and sunshine you get the pasties real fast.

Yeah, it looks like rain. I'll be going around 1 regardless (unless it's stormy). We can look for alternate spots, but I can't make any promises.

I will also be there 100%, and will be willing to shred in the rain if it isn't that cold! :)

How did it go? I meant to go out, but around 3pm I was like "oh, that's today..." It was pretty rainy here anyway.

Once we had a Hackrifice jam where we all took turns shredding with an umbrella :D

I think it's the Wroclaw crew?
The second player is Rozo (who shreds with Ners and Olaf)... I don't remember the others' names.
