I'm trying to download a youtube video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7O9O4MrH ... re=related (hell yeah boondock saints)

but I need a wmv file to work with for windows movie maker. How do I download it as a wmv not flv. Or how do I convert it?

Thanks! I need to know in a couple hours, it's sooo important!
