footfighter vs mr
I've been using my mr sandbag almost exclusively while drilling my basics. They are cheap, easy to stall and whatnot but after playing with the 32 panel footfighter I just bought my game feels totally different. I can hit moves a lot easier with the 32 panel and actually find it easier to stall and certainly easier to set. Well I lost my footfighter the other day and had to shred with the mr. and played terrible. string length cut in half, cant duck anything and sets are all over the place. Im wondering if this is a symptom of bad form as the bag seems to make way too much of a difference in my playing for me to be comfortable, or if at some point when you are comfortable with stalling/setting a 32 consistently that it really is just that much better?

Mr.'s are for beginners to help get comfortable with delaying/stalling a bag in general. Thirty-two paneled bags, or footbags filled with a comfortable shot filler, are designed to incorporate delays while utilizing the extra density to comfortably set and dex the footbag.
If you like the playability of a Footfighter and know how to delay a bag comfortably with a bag in general, why question about it? Save up your money and buy one!

"Footbag can be pretty frustrating when it's supposed to be fun. I was partly driven by this forum - practice, practice, practice... As that is true, I think someone can be too focused on progressing and training that they miss the fun aspect of it." - Bander87
