Challenge El Jeffe

So I am not sure exactly how to start one of these to give people ideas of challenges to give me. Footblog has some stuff Im hitting in it http://modified.in/footbag/viewtopic.php?t=19435

My shuffle is becoming strong. Have decent ducking and spinning. I guess throw some challenges my way and I will see whats too hard and try to hit others that within my realm or just outside of it.

P.S. i can only faerie strong side, and its very sketchy sometimes
