Hello IFPA Members,
International Footbag Committee is pleased to inform you that there have been updates in the ‘Official Rules of Footbag Sports’. The changes concern two alternative scoring systems in footbag net.
The first update is the "Game, Set, Match (GSM)" scoring system. It plays similar to the tennis scoring but modified to meet footbag standards. By dividing up the match into segments that have a quick result and lots of drama, we can entertain our audience earlier and more often. Players will benefit from multiple pressure points with games to 4 points and capping at 6.
