Can we have language related sections?

As in Facepunch, it has a section for e.g. finnish, dutch etc. (see for yourselves), so can we have it like that here in modified too?
It would be useful, as the Finnish ProBoards forum is practically DEAD, and wouldn't have to check 2 forums at a time.

Could this idea catch fire?
