You buy the fireproof footbag (freedom footbags or google it) and then use the proper fluid (charcoal starter I think) get it pretty wet before lighting and itll stay lit up to 20 seconds or so.

penske takes the mr sandman footbag, soaks it in lighter fluid, lights it, and shreds it up. I'm told that it lasts about a minute or two.

I took my chainmail footbag I made, stuffed some cloth inside, and doused it with lighter fluid. Worked like a charm.

a proper firebag will burn for a couple minutes or a little more and last through a whole lot of burns, but it's not nearly as conducive to shred as like a shred footbag. it has rocks inside. Man, they sure are great though! =)

I bought the fire footbag at Funtastik last year, and it kills. Hours of fun, highly reusable. Dunk it in kerosene and light that shit up and you've got yourself a multiple hour fun-fest. My buddy and i played from 11-2am one night, we only stopped because it was getting late. But you won't regret spending that 10 bucks on it.
