Uk winter jam 6th-7th december
Ok modifiends. Me and matt bailey have been talking it over and we thought we'd try and organise a winter uk jam. Now weve got a few more players on the scene it seemed like a good idea to get us all together and meet up! A few players are from over seas, studying at uni so if your interested, but are going home for Xmas let us know and we can try and sort something before you head home! It's looking like possibly taking place early December. Location isn't yet decided, it will be based around who is coming and where is the easiest for people to all get to!

depending on where we have the event there is a possibility of free accomodation

Basically I finish term on the 3rd December, and will probably stay in Cambridge until the 5th when I'll go back to Leicester.
Leicester would be a possible location. It shouldnt be difficult to find a gym or indoor shred location, and the night life can be good. It is also serviced by fairly central train station and there is east midlands airport like 5 minute drive from my house.
We also should be able to provide enough floor space between us so people dont have to pay for accommodation.
Let us know what you think

I have 28th November through to the 6th December booked off. If needs be I can always try and extend it by another day or two
Looking forward to this. I bought Modern Warfare 2 on release night, so havent played much recently, but ill get back on the wagon again this weekend!
Edit : Any decision as to where we're gonna be? I dont mind volunteering mablethorpe again. We have a sports hall here, some good pubs, two kebab shops. The downside is I cant help out with accommodation this time around (ive ben roped into doing some decorating, the house will be chaos) but there are a LOT of B&Bs in the area.

Awesome Ian, we'll try fit it in that time frame
I think leicester will be better for access reasons and especially if you wont be able to provide floor space. although mablethorpe has the better outside spot, i think as we'll be playing indoors it wont be such a big deal and we should be able to find a good gym nearby pretty easy
