RCS Chronicles 3 - Training Sessions

Post by bustinjustin »

Hi All!
Im sure today you were all thinking, "where is this weeks instalment of RCS Chronicles?" Well, this weeks random sampling was from a training session tape. I had 4 sessions taped one on top of another and probably the worst session was the majority of the tape. :( I wasn't even going to post it and was really considering not making it. Well, after doing the best I could with it, and cutting it down as best I could (who really wants to see more of my boring ass 40 contact strings), I think it came out o.k.
1. I've always hated what I do with my arms (bad form), but can't seem to settle those suckers down.
2. Edit: Random thought, I'll save for another discussion.
3. I would like to point out that I am no Norek and did not do a heinous amount of consecutive blurry whirls.
4. There are things I would love to do with these videos like crop and zoom in so there isn't as much open space in the frames, as well as break away audio clips from the video footage. Scott said some really funny things I wanted to spread out through the background music, but alas, I do not think I can do those things with this program.
5. Features Scott Behmer and I, & Red has a cameo at the end.
Thanks in advance for watching!

Nice one. I really liked the Ducking symp butterfly mid run from you, haven't seen that in a while.

How old are these clips? Red looks SOOPER young, or maybe he's just shaved so he doesn't look like a pirate. That last move by him was sick though. Scott seemed to be kicking alright too, but I think the biggest difference is your game. It seems more fluid and controlled the last time I kicked with you when compared to you in the vid.

Thanks for the work, keep on putting more up, it's nice to see some RCS stuff :)

These clips range from 05/06 ish to 07/08 ish. All very old! There are a couple sessions form this winter where I was really struggling. My game has come a long way since then. I should be putting out a vid of my current stuff some time as well.
I have about 20 of these tapes so you should expect at least 10 more weeks of these. If I ever don't put out a vid for a given week it is because I was reviewing some crappy training session tape that didn't make the cut, just an FYI.
Also, I have a lot of stuff from even before these tapes with Ricky and the club from when we were thriving. Except they are all on VHS-C tapes and Hi-8 tapes (which I no longer have a camcorder for). Currently working on being able to make vids from those. Which will be pure gold! If you have any suggestions for this please pm or reply to me with your ideas.
Thanks

Nice video. Cool variety in concepts, would love to see some Atomic sets though. Nice bsossing :D of Swirls/Far Swirls in the midsection. Last trick was dope. Evertything looked pretty smooth and controlled in my opinion.
