We were both pretty hyped on this most recent session (the "Gangsta-Ass Local Children" add to the quality, as well). We hit some pretty nice stuff and we both ended up hitting our first 5 add tricks. I know it's nothing outstanding (well, for us it was), but I just kicked with Rieferman and Drew Martin the other night and they gave me some drills to help with my set placement, which I plan on practicing once I post this... then I chill with my Mom... Happy Mother's Day!

Good strings! I watched your last video too; you're really getting a solid foundation and I'm glad to see some new enthusiastic east coasters!
Some suggestions:
1. At this point in your development, I'd focus less on high-add moves and get super consistent at the basics. Like get clip, mirage, legover, illusion, pickup, butter etc. to the point where you can hit a zillion in a row before moving on. Like, your next video should show 50 tiltless with good bothsidedness. Being able to hit 50 2-adds consistently is way better than hitting a 5-5-5.
2. If you're going to include others in your video, like those children, I'd choose music that doesn't constantly say 'nigga' or swear, etc as much. If looked at the wrong way, it can be pretty offensive.
3. Keep practicing! The better you get, the more fun it is.

Hey, thanks for the critiques man!
1) After this video, I kicked with Bob Riefer for the first time in a while, and he told me just what you told me. He's given me some sweet drills to practice and I've been getting much more consistent with the basics. And my game's actually evened itself out a lot ever since I've been using my flipside more often.
2) Those kids told me to use that song actually haha I asked them what song to use for their part, and one kid blurted out "Fuck the Police". I just cracked up that they even knew about that song. So I had to comply with them haha
3) I've noticed this and I plan on it!!!! Footbag is the best thing that's ever happened to me and I plan on playing hard until I'm so old that when I sneeze, my ribs break.

Whoever was the first person some minor tips.
1 - Stay off your heels, better for your form and I think less chance of injury.
2 - Don't catch the toe stalls so low. The person wasn't cushioning or doing the "magic hop" just literally leaving his left toe out there and letting the footbag flop.
Keep up the good work, hope to see more.
Cheers
