Pogo (Symposium Stepping)

Can anyone explain what "Pogo" Means. On footbag.org it says Pogo Pickup under 3 adds, But i cant find any video footage of it or any other pogo moves..

I am pretty sure it is symposium stepping.

Alright thanks for clearing that up, I guess since i cant "Step" yet attempting Pogo would be pointless at this point. Video footage would still be much appreciated for future reference though.

Tip: For a lot of concepts, if you just look on YouTube and search the trick name (or concept) plus the word "footbag" you will often find what you are looking for.
