Arm Warmers / Sleeves

Post by kam »

Hi all,

I haven't found a topic on this yet, so I was wondering...

Anyone here use arm warmers when shredding? You know the kind I'm talking about? The ones used by runners/cyclists. I am considering buying a pair but wanted to see if other people have used them before, and if there are any good recommendations

I usually just carry a long sleeve shirt with me to my saturday session, but I noticed that it's a pain to keep putting it on and off when you have a sunny day with clouds that come on and off.

I did some reading on them, and I guess what would be useful is the fact that they're really light (compared to a long sleeve shirt or a light weight jacket), which should be good for shredding. And apparently you can roll them down to adjust the temperature.

any thoughts/suggestions on them?

Never used them before, but that sounds like a good idea. I only have 1 good long sleeve shirt for shredding when it's cold. Getting cycling sleeves seems better than buying more long sleeve shirts I wouldn't use often and would take up space.
