Vans vs. Adidas

I'm just wondering: How to Vans and Adidas match up in size? If anyone has any idea, throw me a bone.

I wore Vans before Lavers, and they fit size-for-size for me. I'm a size 12. You can always go try on both pairs at a local shop if you're concerned about them not fitting after ordering online.
