Winter demos

First demo was not so hard (about -5 degrees and without wind)
But second one was much harder (about -17, wind with snow and slippery stage)

At the begining of first one leader is tolking:
- While i talks about sponsors you've seen a carpet was spread out in front of me. Do you know what for?
